There were issues with shipping/delivery that were outside of the control of the seller Laura...carrier seemed to hold the package for over a week in one of their transit facilities. Laura was in touch with me before I noted that the package hadn't yet arrived; she alerted me to the delivery delay and provided tracking details. She immediately produced and shipped a replacement roll.
